  7.        program. With ANSI on, cute colorful menus will appear, but
  8.        can be viewed as slow for power users.

  15.        letter is hit.  When the Menu Menu Hot Keys is off, you have to hit
  16.        the menu character followed by a carriage return.  In the off state,
  17.        an empty input line <CR> will return you to the previous menu.

  31.                          display.  GX (Gold Xpress) is an advanced
  32.                          communication product by Santronics Software.
  33.                          It will turn Silver Xpress into a videotext
  34.                          system.
